Sephora Lipstick

Sephora has introduced us to various lipsticks but the Sephora +Pantone Universe Collection Radiant Rush Matte Lipstick is a satin finish lipstick that’s infused with actual Orchid essence for nourishment. COOL. It also has collagen to give a subtle plumping effect, which truth be told I kind of notice. My lips look…nicer when I wear this lipstick.

But let’s get real. The Radiant Rush Matte Lipstick has to be the most gorgeous shade of purple-y pink or RADIANT ORCHID I have ever seen!

Ok, Cheeks next. You all know how much I ADORE a good cream blush (BLUSH FIEND) so when I saw the Sephora Ravishing Dew Cream Blush, I was enamoured, to say the least! I mean, look at that COLOUR. It’s unfortunately exclusive to the Radiant Femme Artistry Set that I keep telling you is the way to go if this whole Radiant Orchid thang speaks to you like it SCREAMS to me. The Radiant Rush Matte Lipstick is in the set too, but thank goodness that you can buy it separately.

Sephora Radiant Rush Matte Lipstick Swatch

The Sephora Radiant Rush Matte Lipstick is wonderful! Like I said, I’m so glad that you can pick this one up separately, because YOU SHOULD. It is really comfy to wear, lasts forever, doesn’t bleed-AND it’s the easiest, peasiest way to wear Radiant Orchid on your face this year.

Sephora Ravishing Dew Cream Blush

Sephora Ravishing Dew Cream Blush is really creamy and a traditional cream blush which I prefer to the new-fangled silicone filled blushes that keep surfacing with every DANG brand. Yeah, this is creamy. Yeah, it’s dewy. BUT THAT’S THE FRIGGIN’ POINT. And this one is REALLY creamy, so if you have combo or oily skin you might want to set it with some kind of powder so that it doesn’t move to your chin. Or in my case CHINS. It’s even a tad TOO creamy if I’m honest. This blush tends to move around a lot, so be careful with it. It’s best applied sparingly and carefully over cream foundation. Over powders, it’s just a mess, so don’t bother. Because the Sephora Ravishing Dew Cream Blush is so creamy, it blends really easily, so feel free to use your fingers or a brush-it’s totally up to your preference. Me? I like using my preferred cream blush applicator/weapon of choice, the Sonia Kashuk No.17 Blush Brush, because DANG this is creamy stuffs. The brush makes it spread more evenly than my chubby fingers EVER could aspire to. I say TRUST THE BRUSH. But the colour is AMAZING.

Both of these products are easy ways to incorporate the Pantone Radiant Orchid into your everyday makeup looks in an easy and understated way. My choice? Even though I’m a blush fiend, I have to say the Sephora Radiant Rush Matte Lipstick believe it or not. I think the lipstick is they way to go!

Blush? Lips? What do YOU think is the easiest way to wear Radiant Orchid on your face? Me, I can wear it everywhere and any place no matter what, so I’m really interested in what you think!
