Make Up For Ever Pro Sculpting Face Palette-You Need This Like NOW

Contouring. It’s something you just can’t avoid these days if you love makeup. If you say you don’t contour, other makeup lovers give you the SIDE-EYE-EVIL-EYE…like you’re some kind of FREAK. Which I am but that’s beside the point.  😛   I’m here to tell you that I DON’T and DID NOT contour in the past because WHY. Contouring is for photos and stage and things like that where it WORKS…but in real life? It’s so OBVIOUS. And I’m not about to walk around pretending that some powders are gonna make me or you think my chubby face is slimmer because HEY. Let’s get real man…. pics are one thing, but in real life? Contouring looks like…CONTOURING.

I’ve tried other powder contouring products like the one by Marc Jacobs(it’s OK) and the Kat Von D one(again, it’s ok? but there’s like ONE shade that works for pale ass me, so WTF is the point of that). I gave up on them quickly because in every day life, who got time for dat? You gotta blend, blend, BLEND, because who wants to look like they have a beard? Yeah, BEARD. I have a double chin so if I’m gonna contour, that’s what I’m gonna contour ok? And if you don’t blend enough, BEARD CITY. Tracy hates beard city. That’s why I use Tinkle Razors, remember? 😀 😀

Make Up For Ever Pro Sculpting Face Palette Light

SO…when the Make Up For Ever Pro Sculpting Face Palette in #20 Light showed up, I kind of scoffed at it. Kind of late to the contour game Make Up For Ever, no? Where were you last year when everyone came out with contour palettes? Kind of missed the mark there maybe, hey?

HECK. SO. WRONG. SO. SO. WRONG. This is the BEST contouring palette I’ve come across to this date. And now I get why Make Up For Ever took so long to jump on the contour bandwagon.

Make Up For Ever Pro Sculpting Face Palette Light

This is the light shade, and if you are like me-NC10 NC15, maybe even NC20 in MAC talk I think this one would still work for you-then this palette is PERFECTION. The colours are spot on perfect and not too warm like most contour products out there.  The formula is to die for. It’s the same formula of the Ultra HD Cream Blushes which I adore…and I have multiple shades of those and love them a lot. No other cream formula I’ve tried in blush form is so SKIN LIKE. They blend into your skin so seamlessly and just look like they were born there. And that’s exactly what this Make Up For Ever Pro Sculpting Face Palette looks like on your skin; like you were BORN with that sculpted jawline, cheekbones, Roman nose…it’s so AWESOME. It’s not often I apply a product onto my skin and make a WHOA noise. I did just that when I applied the contour shade under my  cheekbones: WHOA BABY.

What I love about the Make Up For Ever Pro Sculpting Face Palette is that this is an all inclusive contour palette-you get a matte and a shimmer highlight, a contour shade, and a blush! It’s all you need for perfectly sculpted cheeks. Seriously.

 Do you contour every day?

  • I agree with everything you said here! I bought this when it first came out because I thought MUFE has yet to steer me wrong, soooooo why not. BEST contour palette ever! And one for every skin tone!

    • Yes! There is one for every skin tome and it ‘s just SO so easy to use. I love it too!

  • ChynnaBlue

Thank you! I love it when you find a products like this that work for you, because I’m also very fair and know they have a shot at working for me, too.

Your skin looks so beautiful and you have a lovely glow in that picture!

    • Aww, thank you! And yes when you are fair like us most of these products are way to dark, but this one blends out so beautifully!

  • ajalisa

This palette looks awesome and I do pop a bit of something under my cheekbones and chin and around my hairline everyday, nothing too crazy just somethin’ somethin’ to bring the dimension back to my face after I flatten it out with foundation and concealer. And let me just add, your makeup is gorgeous! The colors you have on here make your pink and grey hair pop like nobody’s business….

    • Awww, thanks! xx Too sweet of you! And i love how you described your contouring-a little something something-that’s the way to go! Not what we see on a lot of YTbers because HOLY that’s like so wrong.

  • Angela

Whoa. GOR.JUSS. I, too, scoffed at the contouring trend (do I REALLY need a whole palette for my one skin tone? NO). This? This is amazing. Well done MUFE! And I think I speak for everyone when I say – your makeup looks awesome and we need to know what you put on everywhere 🙂

    • Hahaha thanks! This is a great palette and So blessed to be able to show it to you all. But I’d buy it in a heart beat! And I will show the other stuff on my face I promise!

  • I stopped contouring a lot because…well…I got lazy. And the harsh lights where I work make even good contouring look like bad contouring. I am so interested in this palette now—it looks great to travel with!!

    • SAME. This palette is AMAZING and so easy though! And yeah! It’s so travel friendly!

  • Stop tempting!! I swatched it in the store and it is so creamy and gorgeous! I don’t own any contouring palettes really. Your face look stunning, btw.

  • Tasha

You look fabulous Tracy! I swear I must be the only Beauty Blogger that loves makeup but doesn’t contour. Waiting for that side evil eye from you lol 🙂 Personally I just feel that some people really over do it on the contouring and I think that’s what kinda turned me off of it. As I’ve gotten older, I find myself wearing a lot less makeup. As someone who used to never leave the house without a full face on. I think now I put on makeup maybe 5 days out of an entire month! I love how natural you made this look by really blending the product out and the glow in your skin! I love the colours in this palette. Gorgeous!

    • Thanks Tasha!! I won’t side you hahaha-I just started with this stuff! And yeah I agree-most people over contour for sure. I’m the same to be honest-I don’t wear a lot of makeup either these days! I go to the gym or hike or walk a lot and sunscreen is my makeup of choice!

  • Yeah yeah palette looks and sounds great ‘n all, but seriously, woman, how stunning do you look??? 🙂

  • Lily

    Yasss to what Melissa said.
I recently bought Marc Jacob’s Light Filtering Contour Powder in 40 Mirage. The colors are spot on. The powder feels like cream, it’s amazing! You have to try that 🙂

  • It’s like you are reading my mind, Tracy! I tried contouring a long time ago when it was super popular and just spent SO MUCH FREAKING time doing it– AND it looked totally unnatural. Which is pretty much why I don’t do it now. But hmmm… you got me thinking I should give it another go, maybe? Your cheeks look AMAZE in here.

    • It’s so EASY to use this one. This stuff blends like a dream, so that’s what makes it so special. And thanks! My chubby cheeks like this palette too haha!

  • Love how you used the products, your photo looks sculpted but still natural!

  • So many Malaysian bloggers are raving about this too!

  • I saw this last week in France, thought about picking it up then figured I might not use it, now I’m seeing it on you, I’m thinking wow! Looks very natural

    • It’s such a good one! But yeah, if you think you wouldn’t use it, well good on you for not wasting money!

      • I was weak, I bought it and I friggin love it!

  • I don’t contour very often because I SUCK AT IT. I have no idea how to make it not obvious, LOL. But I think this one sounds really good, and it’s so hard to find a palette that includes a matte highlight, right? Adding this one to my wishlist.
