Jealous Body Scrub Will Wake Up Your Skin!

Do you exfoliate your skin regularly? You should! Your skin needs it! Exfoliation removes old, dead skin cells and uncovers fresh new, happy cells. And those happy new skin cells let those expensive body moisturizing potions penetrate more deeply into the skin, which makes them more effective! Regular exfoliation will leave your skin looking fresh and healthy and YOUNGER.

There’s a new kind of exfoliator around that’s made with coffee. COFFEE.

Why coffee? Well, not only is coffee a great exfoliator, but it also stimulates blood circulation and draws water out of skin cells, and those two things help make any lumpy bits look less bumpy. There’s brown sugar and sea salt to add more scrubby goodness to the exfoliation. The sea salt has calcium, which helps clean clogged pores and can help get rid of acne.

But Jealous Body Scrub doesn’t just exfoliate though-oh no! There’s cold pressed organic coconut oil to hydrate and moisturize too! And did you know that coconut oil has an anti-inflammatory property that helps with eczema & psoriasis? It really helps with the flaking and itching. And there’s also Vitamin E & minerals to protect and repair your skin as well. Jealous is a body scrub and moisturizer in one, made with all natural ingredients and no added fragrances at all. It’s just the sweet, sweet smell of coffee! I love the smell of a good cup of coffee, and Jealous smells exactly like that. It’s really energizing and good!

I will admit this though-Jeaous Body Scrub is kinda’ messy. You take a handful of it and rub it in a circular motion all over your body. I find it takes about two handfuls to do your whole body. And then, you leave it on for 5-10 minutes-the longer you leave it on the better results you’ll get. So you’re kind of standing there, covered in coffee grinds and frankly, it’s not pretty. If you shower in a tub, then lucky you! You can have a seat and rest up and relax. Read a book, sing a song or two, close your eyes, smell the coffee… and picture your beautiful, glowy limbs after this messy part. Because that’s what you’ll have-smooth, soft, glowy skin! I don’t think I’ve ever used an exfoliator that’s as effective as Jealous Body Scrub. Jealous recommends using it 3-4 times a week to get the best results, but everyone is different and that may be too much for your skin to handle. Personally, twice a week is enough for my sensitive skin, which btw is not irritated at all after using it. Really good stuff! Oh, and you CAN use it on your face too if you so wish! Me, I’m kinda’ good with my AmorèPacific Enzyme Peel stuff, so yeah…but if you try it on your face, let me know how it goes!

You have to try Jealous Body Scrub! Order it at www.jealousbody.com-shipping is FREE to Canada AND the USA WAHOO! And for the rest of the world it’s just $3.95.

Have you tried a coffee scrub like this before? It’s quite the experience! And do you regularly exfoliate your body?

Sounds delicious! Coffee on da body. Mmm… I’ve been buying shower gel with exfoliating beads because I’m lazy. I need more scrubbing now that I’m older 🙂

  • Sounds good! I do scrub, but not on a regular basis I’m afraid… I do use one of those scrub gloves in the shower though, so I guess that also counts.

  • Hey Tracy, yup I do exfoliate more or less regularly especially in summer! In winter I can go 10 days without doing it, but in summer it’s pretty much every week. Never tried a coffee scrub, although I’m kind of wondering if I can make I own since the ingredients seem way simple (which is a good thing)!

  • So I like coffee as a drink, and coffee flavored food (sometimes), but otherwise the smell of coffee beans, etc., in perfumes or body products makes me wrinkle my nose, lol! I usually have a good body exfoliator but I ran out a while ago and didn’t get anything. I did just order from Origins, though, and they were doing a promo for a free full-sized scrub, so I’m excited about getting that in!

  • Oh boy, this is right up my alley! I recently discovered the incredible magic of exfoliating with used coffee grounds and the exfoliation and softness afterwards is better than anything else. Especially great on the hands! I have used the grounds on my face and it made my skin glow with pinky happiness and didn’t cause any breakouts.
This scrub sounds perfect! I will be checking out their store straight away!

  • I love coffee. Since I mainly drink coffee for its aroma, I’m sure I will love the smell of this scrub. 🙂 One question, though. Do you find cleaning the tub after ok? Any clogging problem..?

    • I use it in the shower, and it rinses no problem and no clogging so I imagine it’s be the same for tubs! You’ll love it! It works so well!

  • Agree, messy but worth it! Luckily I love the smell of coffee so I was just in heaven! I tried it on my face which was actually not the best idea for me, it was a bit too harsh.

  • I’ve seen this scrub all over the place on social media lately, and if it works for you it has to be good! There are few things I love more than straight black coffee so I will have to get me a bag for summer!

  • Toya

You’ve sold me! I don’t use scrubs on my body because of my eczema – doesn’t normally react well – but this sounds like it might be the right stuff to try that won’t cause my skin to freak out! I’m starting to think GLOW TIME now too with the wedding next year, so I will need all the help I can get! And hooray for Canadian!
