Hand Chemistry Will Make People Wanna’ Hold Your Hands!

I remember seeing Hand Chemistry at Shopper’s Drug Mart a couple of months ago when it first launched and thought, PFFFFFT.

I guess I’m just an old, jaded Beauty Blogger now! Because when something promises SO MANY THINGS? Tracy actually and truly makes this sound: PFFFFFFFFT. It’s not pretty. And if you don’t believe me, ask Terry. He’ll tell ya’. He hears it A LOT.

Hand Chemistry is the #1 selling Hand & Body product in the UK since it launched in October 2013, and that’s kind of proof right there that this is the ultimate hand cream ever created. Why? I’m telling you that there is SO much stuff for people in the UK to choose from. I saw it with my own eyes a couple of years ago. So if Hand Chemistry made #1? WOW is all I can say, and that feat makes me pay attention!

So that means SCIENCE TIME!! And you all know I LOVE me some science-y time. I live for it LOL.

Hand Chemistry contains a biotechnological derivative of the mushroom Tremella Fuciromis Sporocap. Yeah say THAT 5 times fast yo. I love mushrooms. One of my favourite memories is going into the woods of Manitoba and helping my dad pick mushrooms. He knew EVERYTHING about them and it was so much fun. But DUDES. This mushroom? She is 400X more moisturizing than Hyaluronic Acid! PLUS Hand Chemistry has this algae that increases the moisture in your skin too. I’m a huge fan of algae in any skin care. Truth be told, it’s what I looked for in my skincare in my 30s, and I  think it made a HUGE difference in my skin and how it’s aged. Oh, and also? Hand Chemistry has this stuff that mimics collagen injections, Biological GHK. This stuff? Decreases wrinkle depth by like 15% in 15 days. That might not seem like a lot, but TRUST me. When you start to notice that your hands have wrinkles? IT’S A LOT.

Hand Chemistry also has Sacha Inchi Oil and Maize Propanediol that work together to form a protective moisture barrier, which is HUGE about keeping your hands looking good. Seriously, it’s so important! Especially if you wash your hands a lot. Especially as we age. It’s so important to KEEP that moisture in our skin as we get older.

So here’s the deal: the test is that if you use Hand Chemistry for 11 days, you’ll SEE a difference in your hands. And YUP. My hands? Are so smooth. Look GOOD. No fear of getting old lady hands here now that I have Hand Chemistry around! The only think I’m not so keen on is the smell. It’s kinda’ weirdly sweet? I don’t know, but at least it goes away really quickly. And the benefits really outweigh the smell in this case.

You can find Hand Chemistry at Shopper’s Drug Mart in Canada! And it’s SO worth picking up. Trust me. And I don’t say that a lot!

What’s your favourite hand cream? Can you tell me that your hands look younger after using it? No? Then you need to pick up Hand Chemistry. And then we’ll talk. 🙂

*product sent by PR for review, thoughts and younger, smoother looking hands are mine now, so THANK YOU. 😀

  • My hands have definitely been looking older recently, thanks to an eczema flare-up (also, can’t use my left index finger because of it), so I guess I need this hand cream. The only thing that has worked really, really well so far is this prescription barrier repair moisturizer, which costs $$$. And I’m down to my last tube ;(

    • UGGH eczema is so horrible I feel for you lovely. Marky is like you. Moving to CA though, her eczema is SO much better. You gotta move the other way love hahaha!

  • My hands have been super dry lately, boo. I ran out of my Caudalie hand cream, which I think I need to buy again. This sounds really good, but I am afraid of the smell!

    • It’s not too bad? I think you could handle it. Next time I’m around your area-which might be soon-I’ll bring ya’ some!

  • A magic hand cream? I’m in! My hands are ALWAYS very abused, but things have been worse recently with my major reorganization project. Now I have so many cracks on my hands. I wonder if people think I get scratched by my cats, but that’s so not the case!

    • Stuff is AMAZE. You and me both! I’m so rough on my hands. This is such an amazing hand cream, the effects last all day and I wash my hands LOTS.

  • This is so interesting!!!! I definitely need to get more into hand/body moisturizers/creams/treatments. I am just so behind of all that!

I make that PFFFFFFFT sound at the store all the time! hahaha! Glad this one actually lived up to the hype. That’s rare!

    • It’s like second nature when you’re a junkie, right? Comes out without even THINKING. This stuff is GOOD.

  • Lily

OK that sounds great… something my mom will take from me. LOL! You should record your PFFFFFFFT on instagram and let us hear it. HAHAHAHA!!

  • This sounds great! And I’ll gladly put up with the smell if the results are as awesome as you say.

  • Liz

I’ve never seen or heard of this before! How much is it and is there just that one type with the sweet scent? I’m kind of on a hand cream collecting prowl right now because WINTER IS COMING.

Really wish I had a Shopper’s Drug in town! My favorite hand creme right now is Ahava Dead Sea water mineral hand creme. I also like Caudalie & Aveda hand cremes.

    • LOL I wish you did too! You’d love this stuff! I can’t believe how smooth my hands feel. Terry too-he LOVES it.

  • You had me at 400 x more hydrating than h. acid! WHAT?!? WOW. I’m currently using Aveeno Skin Relief Hand Cream and loving it but I might hunt down this Hand Chemistry one when I use up the Aveeno!

Lil Sis, I am beyond obsessed with this hand cream – seriously, it’s THE BEST

I didn’t even need to wait 11 days to see a difference – saw it right away (and I must have been having an extra-wrinkly day or something when I first put it on, cause it plumped everything right back up again, LOL!) I almost want to slap it all over my face and see it gives the same result, har!
