Remember the Mary Kay At Play Collection? I showed you some of the best Baked EyeShadow Trios I’ve used in a long time! Well, there’s also some lip products included in the Mary Kay At Play Collection, so lets take a look at the Mary Kay At Play Jelly Lip Glosses($12 CDN):
There are four shades of the Mary Kay At Play Jelly Lip Glosses, so I’m not sure WHY I only grabbed three of them for the group pic. Beauty Blogger Brain Fart! In fact I totally forgot about the last colour even when I did my lip pictures because it’s my favourite and already tucked in my purse for use! So let’s try the PR stock image shall we since I’m WAY too lazy and hurty today to take pics. I hurt my back AGAIN yesterday-SIGH.
THERE. FOUR Jelly Lip Glosses and look-the names of them are already there too. Yeah I know it’s tiny, but trust me the names are there!
Guess which one is my favourite? Yup-look at that Crushed Plum! It’s perfect for fall! The MAry Kay At Play Jelly Lip Glosses are sheer glosses, yet not so sheer that you can’t see any colour on your lips. Mary Kay got a lot of things right with these glosses actually-the pigment, the high shine, not sticky, moisturizing-the only thing I’m not a fan of is the squeezy tube applicator, but otherwise these are some great glosses.
Ok, my fave is Mary Kay At Play Jelly Lip Gloss in Crushed Plum(and the lighting is a bit different from the other pics as I had to take this on another day because of that brain fart, but the colour is spot on):
HEY?? Perfect plummy fall glossy goodness there! [emoji leaf fluttering in wind] It’s the perfect gloss to add a bit of shine to any berry lipstick you have, or just a gentle kind of fall vampy lip on it’s own. This one everyone needs to order right now!
Mary Kay At Play Jelly Lip Gloss in Teddy Bare is pretty great too:
It would be great over any nude lipstick to add just a bit of shine and dimension so your lips don’t look too flat. This one is another good one to order I say!
Mary Kay At Play Jelly Lip Gloss In Berry Me is a pretty rosy berry shade:
Mary Kay At Play Jelly Lip Gloss in Hot Tamale is a pinky coral:
Those last two are great, but not must haves in my opinion-the colours aren’t so unique if ya know what I mean. But the formula is lovely!
If you’re in the market for some fun lip glosses, then give these Mary Kay At Play Jelly Lip Glosses are try! You can order them online here or by contacting your local Mary Kay Rep.
Looks like I’m in for a painful kind of week. Again. [emoji thumbs down sign] I felt just a little twinge of pain in my back yesterday, but stupidly ignored it and went all out on the treadmill. And now even my hips are sore and I can’t sit for long. And I don’t know about you, but I have to sit to blog-I can’t type in a supine position. Cripes, typing in a sitting position is already a challenge for me, so if I typed whilst lying down all you’d get is this: GLOSS GOOD. Which just might happen if I don’t get better fast!
Whaddaya’ think? GLOSS GOOD FOR FALL? OR NO GLOSS FOR FALL? See-time for me to go lie down again! [emoji white smiling face]
*product sent by the lovely Mary Kay PR, glossy lips for fall I’ll be enjoying very much thank you! So can you! [emoji white smiling face]
