Happy 15th Anniversary to the Lise Watier Professional Corrector($31 CDN)!
The iconic Lise Watier Portfolio Professional Corrector is a colour wheel with 5 different shades of concealer.
1. Yellow Beige-hides blue veins and under-eye circles
2. Lilac gives an overall radiant effect
3. Brown-Sculpts and contours
4. Ivory-hides under-eye circles
5. Green-camouflages redness
I know I’ve shown how to use the Lise Watier Portfolio Professional Corrector before, but let’s do it again because I LIKE having FUN! It’s like finger painting with makeup! The concealers are a dry creamy consistency, and work better when you warm them up on the back of your hand first before applying them to your face. If you find them a little dry, just mix a dab of moisturizer with them and that’ll fix it for ya’. You can use a brush, or your finger tips to apply. I’ve applied A LOT of product for visual purposes, but you really don’t need this much. A little dab will do ya!
I use the brown shade under my cheekbones, under my chin and jaw line, and to sculpt my nose as well. The yellow beige works great under my eyes, and the ivory works well for concealing spots. The green does a really great job at neutralizing my redness on my cheeks and forehead, and the lilac is really brightening and works to give a highlighted effect. Once I’ve applied the Lise Watier Portfolio Professional Corrector concealers, I just take my damp beauty blender and whatever foundation I’m using(in this case it’s the Shiseido Perfect Refining Foundation and blend away! Works beautifully and I’m left with a pretty flawless canvas!
I really like using my Lise Watier Portfolio Professional Corrector for special occasions when I want a pretty flawless look, but it’s really easy to use for everyday as well! I’m never without it! I think it’s one of my favourite Lise Watier products.
