I was always a bit jealous of my friends down south that could order beauty products from Amazon. How awesome would to be to be able to get everyday essential delivered right to my door?
WELL, GUESS WHAT?? WE CAN NOW!!
Amazon.ca has launched two new stores: Beauty and Health&Personal Care where you can shop for over 80,000 products with Free Super Saver Shipping and Prime Two-Day Shipping on hundreds of top brands! And with the Amazon Mobile App, you can buy whatever you need from anywhere you are!
Shopping for beauty on Amazon.ca is amazing because they give detailed product info, pictures, customer reviews and recommendations. Some of the brands available are Aussie, Burt’s Bees, Conair, Dove, Eucerin, L’Oreal, Revlon, and SO MUCH MORE I can’t possibly type everything that’s available on there! Not only can you get beauty faves on Amazon.ca, but also household supplies, baby care, health and wellness options from Canadian brands like Upper Canada Soap, Jameison, Aleva Naturals and more.
I decided to do a little Getting Ready For Summer Beauty shopping on Amazon.ca, so I placed an order on Friday night. It was really easy to browse through the sections and find items I wanted-honestly there’s SO MUCH stuff that you could look forever and day and still not get through everything that’s available to order! But I managed to reel it in, and get my summer beauty essentials that I love using every year.
By the following Wednesday my summer beauty box from Amazon.ca arrived at my doorstep ! FREE SHIPPING TOO!
I’ll tell ya, NOTHING makes me happier than ordering beauty essentials online. I updated my beauty essentials for warmer weather in just a few minutes without leaving my house! HOW COOL IS THAT?
Now that it’s warmer I like using a foaming face wash and the Cerave Foaming Facial Cleanser is one of the best ones around. Packed with hyaluronic acid, it’s not drying at all and the whole family can use it which is a bonus. Come warmer weather I tend to like more floral body washes and this Dove Purely Pampering Nourishing Body wash in Coconut milk and Jasmine Petals smells SO GOOD. I usually kind of hate jasmine as it’s so overpowering, but Dove was genius in paring it with coconut milk! It’s so gentle and soothing of a scent combination. LOVE.
In the summer, I usually don’t bother with a lot of fancy moisturizers as my number one concern is sunscreen. But a lot of sunscreens clog up my pores and make my face greasy too. Again, I turn to Cerave’s AM Facial Moisturizing Lotion SPF 30. The WHOLE family can use this and it’s great. Crerave is one of the best brands on the market in my eyes for products that repair and restore your skin’s barrier. They don’t irritate at all, don’t clog pores and WORK.
Another Cerave fave of mine is the Cerave Renewing Lotion with salicylic acid, ceramides and vitamin D. This lotion is great if you have those little red bumps on your legs and arms like we tend to get in this house. It really helps skin look smoother.
Now that my hair is getting greyer, I wanted to get some Colour Enhancing Shampoo and Conditioner that helps tone and remove dull tones from silver hair. Pantene Silver Expressions fit the bill and I was so happy to find it on Amazon.ca because it can be hard to find sometimes. YAY! Thanks Amazon.ca!
Come warmer weather, I like using a waterproof mascara and I’ve always wanted to try the CoverGirl Clump Crusher as I’ve heard good things about it. I like using cream blushes in the summer too, so the L’Oreal Studio Secret Professional Magic Smooth Souffle Blush in Angelic Coral seemed like a good choice. And lastly, a Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain in Precious is a nude and right now I am really liking the ease of a nude lip, plus this one leaves a stain that lasts a long time.
I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed shopping for beauty on Amazon.ca. It was so easy and fast, plus the prices were really great too. There are a lot of other beauty products I considered getting at first, like some high-end makeup products by Givenchy and even some Burberry foundations were available on there. Some brands that are harder to find in Canada like those two are available and sold by other sellers on Amazon.ca which is great!
Head on over to Amazon.ca and start your summer beauty shopping too! Right now they’re having some specials like 25% of Head and Shoulders products and 10% off some select shampoos!
