I’ve been wanting to try out some Rouge Bunny Rouge Makeup FOREVER. Well, maybe not forever, but pretty darn close!
It’s one makeup line that I haven’t tapped into yet, and I keep hearing raves about almost everything they make. I always told myself: someday Tracy, someday-you too will get to experience the luxury, and feel the magic like the model in this gorgeous Rouge Bunny Rouge Promo:
|I want a tree like this in my backyard. I’d sit it in and read. About makeup probably.|
But I did a bad thing. A very bad thing.
I ordered a blush. Just one. I KNOW- I’m on a blush ban. *hangs head in shame*
I couldn’t help it though! I tried to skip over the blushes, but I couldn’t help it. I mean, it was 20% off! And we’re talking English Pounds here, so every little bit helps. And, what if there is no 20% off code once the blush ban lifts? What if I never get the chance to order Rouge Bunny Rouge again? What if I never get to experience the magic?
I mean, look at it. It’s so PRETTY staring at you with those little flower imprints.
This is Rouge Bunny Rouge Original Skin Blush-For Love Of Roses- in Starina. I was going to get the mauvey pink shade called Gracilis, but Zuneta’s description of a pale coral with an illuminating radiance and recommendation for pale skins got me hook, line and blusher.
GOOD GOD, this blush is AMAZING. It’s so finely milled that it just melts into the skin.
You can see tiny sparkles in my swatch, and at first I thought I made a HUGE mistake getting this-that I was being punished for my transgression to Cullen sparkle whilst wearing my illegal blush. But once applied, all you get is the most gorgeous lit from within glow, with an almost pink duochrome to it in the light. I honestly have nothing in my stash that looks like this on my cheeks.
This is what I call BLUSH MAGIC.
So, I’ll go and do 10 Hail Mary’s and 10 Lord’s Prayers for penance.
And I PROMISE to not do it again. No more illegal blush buying for this fiend. Until June.
I swear on my new Rouge Bunny Rouge soul.
