Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in Exposed is a blush that I keep hearing a lot of buzz about. I’ve looked at it before, but didn’t think it was anything too special, as I was pretty sure I had something like it already in my Blush Fiend stash. But the buzz about it keeps circulating, and there’s only so long before the blush fiend gives in.
Exposed is a warm, rosy bronze shade that gives a gorgeous, healthy, go-with-everything glow on the cheeks.
But how does it compare to the other rosy, pinky browns in my collection?
I thought I’d swatch them all for you so that you can see for yourselves!
To my eye, Tarte Exposed is pretty close to MAC Blushbaby, but it’s a tad rosier. It’s also close to MAC Brit Wit Cream Blush.
So, do you need Tarte Exposed Amazonian Clay Blush?
I think if you have MAC Blushbaby, then probably not. But the formula of Amazonian Clay Blushes is just so darn good-they last ALL DAY, work well on dry or oily skins, and they give you a beautiful glow that looks very natural. Plus, as you can see by my swatch, Amazonian Clay blushes go on very smoothly-my swatch of MAC Blushbaby is a little uneven.
I’ll leave it up to you to decide, as I’m still deciding whether to keep it or not. I’m still on the fence.
Do you have Tarte Exposed? MAC Blushbaby? What’s your favourite rosy brown blush?
