It’s no secret. I have a lot of makeup. ALOT. Not as much as some of the people in the beauty community, but I do have a fair bit.
I have a few MAC pigments and they are great. You get a lot of bang for your buck. A little goes a long way and they last forever. The only problem is that I forget about them, which is a shame because they are so beautiful.
So in an effort to use my MAC pigments more often, I’ve decided to start my MAC Pigment of the Week Initiative. Once a week, I’m going to pull out a pigment and use it a few times a week. One of my better ideas to date I think.
This week I’m going to use MAC Heritage Rouge. It’s a great colour for Fall.
MAC Pigment in Heritage Rouge
MAC Pigment in Heritage Rouge is a mix of burgundy and brown. It’s a creamier pigment and imparts a velvety sheen. MAC Pigment in Heritage Rouge is great used in a smoky eye or as an accent colour. It really makes any eye colour pop. I like pairing a goldy eyeshadow on the lid like MAC Woodwinked and Heritage Rouge in the crease, which is what I’ll do.
What are some of your favourite pigments?
